Yahoo Answers Community Guidelines?

Why can you not get a straight answer from the Yahoo "powers that be" when a problem arises. If a question or answer is reported for abuse all you can get from Yahoo is a list of the guidelines. Sometimes they won't even say which rule was broken. Whats up with that? Why won't they give a straight answer to OUR questions?

Because most of the staff doesn't know what they're talking about. They don't even read the violations, they just send them.

becuase ate first they dont read them it is up to the community to report and sometimes when a user is reporting they dont fill in why it is a violation. but if you apeal it is read by a staff member and restored if it isnt a violation of community guidlines and you get 10 points back. but if it is a violation you will get duducted 10 more points.
