How to title car OR or AND?

I am going to add my son's name to the title when I buy my car. What is the difference between the titles using (or) or (and)? Does using OR make it to where he or I can sell the car if necessary or does the title need to be under his name and mine using the word AND

"Or" means either of you can do anything with the car without knowledge or permission of the other, such as sell, finance, trade, whatever.

"And" means both signatures are required to make any change.

Use AND so both of you must sign off in order to sell the car. This will prevent him from selling the car you paid for, in the event he becomes desperate for money.

Are you both paying for the car? If only you are paying, why have his name as an owner?

or is not the way to go/son moves out and takes car/seen it happen/as a matter of fact its better for you to just be in your name and list him with insurance as 2nd driver/cannot get too caught up in this as you may suffer down the road/bad enough having him drive it as 16 to 30 years old is the highest accident rate/89% of the accidents in this age area
