    No es una persona moral, son dos o más personas físicas, tributan de acuerdo al Titulo IV de la LISR

    no es una persona moral, es dos o mas personas fisicas que se unen para formar una empresa, pero no se forma una sociedad si no que se forma un regimen de repecos, regimen intermedio o bien regimen de actividad empresarial y profesional, la LISR da esta opcion. suerte
