Would it be okay to drink 'Relentless' (Energy drink) every day?
I go to the gym quite often and recently I've not been getting a lot of sleep because of college work forcing me to stay up later than usual.
So after college when I go, I'm already exhausted, but today I drank a Relentless energy drink and it really helped me out and got me pumping.
I'm sure it wouldn't be 'adviseable' to do this every time I go but is it so unhealthy to do so?

I wouldn't due to caffeine content, long term use of energy drinks can cause heart problems if one is lucky. Pace yourself on it, if you must then drink a can every second day or so then do your homework and learn what things not to drink. Alcohol for example should not be mixed with things like Monster, Jolt or Rock Star otherwise you could wind up in the hospital. Check the label and be aware that more then 250 Mls of caffeine is considered a toxic dose according to an article I came across by Jon Shearer.
Source(s): Personal experience, used to drink Rock Star and Jolt all the time during my college days.
