purpose of constitutional convention!! short not really long!!?

Congress authorized states to send representatives to Philadelphia for a convention to discuss ways to improve the Articles of Confederation. The meeting was intended to look at ways to amend the Articles to give more power to the federal government. As the convention delegates met, for the most part, they agreed they might as well start from scratch.

What has been taking position in the colleges---they have rewritten the textual content textile books to inform a lot of lies and grant an unAmerican message. 2.
