I can't get into all that I do bit by bit like you did because 1, I don't have the time and 2, It would be very, very vague as I don't actually have a set schedule.

I spend 5 to 6 hours a day on my martial arts training. I work from home so I can do this. I can summarize it like this for you, though:

    1. Warm Ups

    2. Stretches

    3. Kata

    4. More Kata

    5. Even More Kata

    6. Individual techniques (usually spending an hour and a half on them.)

    7. Hojo Undo

    8. Meditations and Kikou

    9. Exercise (My own brand of cardiovasculars)

    10. Weight lifting (for maintenance)

Though I numbered them I have absolutely no order I practice them in aside from 3-5, but I always warm up before stretching and those before anything else. It all is spanned through out the day that I spend 5 to 6 hours doing.

Do your cardio and calisthenics first (running, push-ups, static stances). Technique and bag work after. Try to work on reducing rest times between sets. Also add progression (duration/intensity) to your workouts.

Sil, please don't EVER make reference to an anime over training and fighting. I'd give you an F for life.

Where is the exercise for stamina, speed and also flexibillity? I don't see any of that, so I would give you a D if I was grading you. Also, I don't know what you eat so its hard for me to tell. You need to give more information if you want people to grade you. Personally, I don't like what your doing since your just focusing on how hard you hit. Didn't you ever see Dragon Ball Z? Cell shows Trunks that by only focusing on hitting hard, you won't be able to hit a real fighter since you'll be slow.
