Like the latest Windows version released in 2009, supporting Windows 7 upgrades a number of new features, such as progress in the touch and handwriting recognition for virtual hard disks and improved performance on multi-core processors. In less than 1 year, it has surpassed Windows Vista in the global market share. And there are lost more and more issues about Windows 7 password online, such as:

AFAIK,only administrator can change the password.so, you can login as the default administrator and and the default password is blank.

Start system and when you See Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys Twice and it?ll show Classic Login box. Now type Administrator (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.

Now you can change your user account as administrator from Control Panel -> User Accounts.

otherwise,if the administrator password has been changed, then you can use windows password recovery to bypass your system and do your jobs.

The problem is... You can't; not while in Windows, because Windows has SAM encrypted files, and they're quite secure. You could however try removing the hard drive. And then try cracking the SAM encrypted files through Ophcrack or other software on another computer.
