Only under VERY severe conditions can you get emancipated and you have to prove you have a stable place to live, jobs, etc. Honestly, you shouldn't rush to get married at that age- you are a very different person now than you will be in 5, 10, or 20 years. Just enjoy living together and wait on getting married and moving out of state. At 17 you cannot even rent a place to live on your own, make much more than minimum wage, or work a lot especially if you're in school. If you're over 18 then you could be charged with kidnapping and taking her out of state if you two leave together. So just chill, relax, and wait because it's not worth it.
