what major stores are there in Australia that are also located in the U.S.?
need to get a gift card in U.S. to give for wedding gift. They are immediately leaving for Australia to live and will need to get things after arriving.

NONE.
Threre are NO walmarts in OZ.
The only U.S. (stores) are the fast food stores. MacDonalds and Burger King.

Australia doesn't have any major stores (of the type you have in mind) that are also in the USA. Get them a Visa Gift Card instead and they'll be able to use it in thousands of different stores in Australia.

Very few, if any. Why not buy a gift card on line from an Australian store, then they will be able to use it when they get here. Woolworths, Coles, David Jones, Harvey Norman would be good places to start.

Not really any, The australian Kmart and Target are owned by a differant country, the only thing they have in common is the logo.

I think Kmart is also in the U.S, but like the above answer i would also recommend buying a gift card online
