iPod touch mail help..?

I have looked on google I can't find anyone else with this issue..

I don't know how this happened but, my mail account on my iPod keeps saying;

The user name or password for "email address" is incorrect..

whenever I want to sent an email..

Any ideas on how to solve this issues..

So far I have tried restarting the iPod - this has not worked,

Deleting and Re-Trying didn't work either :L

    Go into your settings, and find "Mail, Contacts, Calender"

    Look for where it says your email adress, click it, then click it again, go down to where it says delete account, delete it, then add it again.
