what makes baby teeth fall out and grow new ones but adults teeth dont do that?

you know you dont have teeth as a baby, they grow in, fall out, and grow out again, but this ones dont re grow.

shouldn't teeth be studied to make them re grow after/ if they fall out.

also something to re grow enamel.

All of your teeth are there they don't grow. When the permanent ones develop more they push out the baby teeth.

We are born as babies with all of our teeth; what makes our teeth fall out is that the bigger teeth are behind them, pushing them out.
