Do all modern hotels in Japan have wall power socket plug to charge my phone and batteries?

How many percent they have power socket?

    Yes, not just "modern" hotels but virtually all hotels. It isn't the dark ages there.

    Make sure the wall socket and voltage is compatible with your stuff.

    Of course they have electricity. This isn't Bangladesh, you know.

    They use 2 prong plugs 100v and in Osaka 60Hz. If your equipment is from North America you will have no problems whatsoever. If from Europe/Austrilia etc you will need some plug adapter.

    As long as it's two prongs, you'll be ok. But you'll have to make special plans if you want to use your phone in Japan.

    yes there is and you will have no problems what so ever. if you do use your phone be careful cuz you will be paying international charges
