It could mean ; she want a child ; or she is going to achieve a goal

Because she might be, ask her and if she doesn't know, have her go take a pregnancy test, and to make sure if it's postive, go to the doctor's. My mom had a dream that she was pregnant(With me or my little sis, I don't remember.), and she just knew that she was. She ended up telling her parents that she was pregnant even before she missed her period.
