What is the best way to introduce a bunny to my kitten?

Question

my bunny is about 1 year old. she's  a dwarf grey rabbit. My kitten is about 5-6 weeks years old. my kitten is a bit of a scaredy cat, but she sometimes likes to wander around the house. my bunny is normally a shy but playful bunny. the other day my bunny was in her cage, her door was open so she can go in and out. my kitten wandered into her room and was going to check out her cage. 

my bunny got angry and lunged at her. so is there anyway to re-introduce them?

one more thing, the kitten's area is in my room and the bunny lives in the storage room accross from my room.

sounds like you have done it already and and did a good job. Sometimes its best the way it happened. The bunnie already showed the cat who was boss. Just let them hash it out themselves.
They might take a while, but your on the right road. Good luck

Its really not safe for the bunny to have a kitten play with it. One scratch or bite from the kitten can lead to a life threatening infection for your bunny. You can let the bunny out and keep the kitten a safe distance away. Keep the kitten away from the rabbit cage (bunny was probably protecting her territory.) the site below is very good for rabbit info Good luck with your bunny and kitten.

hold  your bunny and get the kitten in the same room and go on your knees and crawl closer and closer until your bunny gets used to the kitten if the bunny lungs at her the first time its O.K. just try it again tommorrow.
