What is the number/amount of spf in makeup foundation do you considered low?

I don't know too much about foundation so help me out here. I have a foundation with a spf of 20. Is that low, med or high? O.o Thanks!

    Most foundations that contain SPF are between 15 and 30. So that it about average. My preference, however, is just to use a moisturizer with SPF under my foundation.
