xbox 360 Vs. playstation 3?

ok here is the story my mom wants me to choose from the two and i want to know which have the game Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 better

    Xbox has less lag on xbox live and less hackers.

    They both have it and since it's made by the same ppl the game would be the same on ps3 or xbox
