"Accredited" means "approved by an agency which looked at it and found it acceptable." When people say a school or college is "accredited," they usually mean that an organization of experts in education, such as "The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools," has visited the school, examined the curriculum and procedures, and has determined that the courses offered have some value and that students will be treated fairly and learn something. The meaning of "training package" is more difficult to determine, since it depends on who is using the term, in what context, and what the students are supposed to learn as a result of taking the training.
