What a sick father your friend has, anyway this seem like a story of your lovely imagination, but if this "fancy story" was real, then this marriage is absolutely forbidden in islam since the daughter in law is treated as a daughter which means her marriage is extremely forbidden.

Just because the truth is distorted and repeated enough times it still will never replace the original truth.
