2002 Honda Civic Radio Error?

I just changed the battery in my 2002 Honda Civic, and when I went to turn the radio on, I got this message

I don't have a clock or anything.

Any Ideas?????

    check the honda dealer or you might just have to put the code in so just check and see if you still have the little card that says radio code it should be with your owners books and stuff in the glove box

    I had to go to the dealership to have them enable the radio. They did it for free. I don't know if it will be the same for you.
