That's an old one - you ask one of the twins "How would the other twin answer 'Which door goes to Heaven"?" No matter what his answer, you choose the opposite door.

Think about it - if you ask the truth teller, he'll tell you the liar's answer, which will be Hell. If you ask the liar, he'll lie and tell you to choose Hell. So in both cases, you choose the opposite answer.

Well, what an interesting game. Since you say one is a constant liar (let me guess which door he's guarding... hmmm?) and the other is a truth teller. If you just wanted to determine which one tells the truth and which lies, you would ask: "If I were to ask the other twin whether you always tell the truth, what would he say?" A reply of "no" means you are talking to the truth teller, a reply of "yes" means you are talking to the liar. So since you only have one question to select the right door, you would have to ask both at the same time "If I were to ask the other twin, which door would he say leads to heaven?"

You would then select the door opposite to the one he picked.

A question that I know the answer to. Like:

1) What's my name?

2) What's my birth-date?

3) Who are my biological parents?

4) What color am I wearing?

Why? Because the constant liar, lies, and the other one tells the truth. So I'll obviously know which one is which.

(This is assuming that the liar is standing closer to the door of Hell and the truth-teller is standing closer to the door of Heaven).

"What would the other guy tell me if I asked the question, 'which is the door to heaven'?"

The guy that tells the truth will point to door B (the door to hell) because that is the one the liar will point to. The liar always lies, so he will point to door B, since it is the wrong answer.

So you go through door A.

(When you get through door A, you find that heaven is full of honest atheists. People who make the wrong choice and go through door B, find the hell is full of self-righteous fundamentalists. And the reason is, that while God loves honesty, he hates self-righteousness.)
