So six years ago right before my grandmother passed. She called my wife and to her that I had a life insurance policy. my grandmother instructed my wife not to tell me about the policy be she didn't want me trying to cash it in say if we fell on hard times. of course, my wife told me about the conversation. to which I replied, "yeah that sounds about right" never thinking for a minute that my wife would pass before me. well, now everyone who knew about this policy is gone. I don't even know the provider. does anyone know if it is possible to find out?

I was given A dell dimension 8200 to fix. wen I first received it. it was stuck in a safe mode like screen Resolution, ( 4 ). Moving to far too slow. had no connectivity. no sound capability. and the cd/dvd drive had no Response. Ok now that i can get Online and have a normal screen res. i still have no sound. and my c drive is Only reading 21.5 GB Oh and the F11 or F8 or F10 commands keys don't work so i cant restore back to the factory settings. what do i do now?. (besides advise to get a new PC)

my computer shuts down. and the has problems starting up. i've already restored it back factory condition and its still happening.The following error displays when starting the computer with Windows Vista:
