Can I start a car with No battery and a just car charger?

So hook up the car charger to the car with no battery, will start it? Or isnt possible if so can someone give me instructions.

    Not a good idea. Your likely to ruin the charger and possibly damage the car. Also I don't think you can keep a car running without a battery.

    not enuff amperage from the charger to turn the starter and then start the car.
