does babies use the word bu (embu) or bombom to say that they want water?

if they say something else plz tell me:P

    Babies don't all use the same words. They don't have their own special language. They just pick up the words and sounds around them. They're all different.

    If you're speaking English around your baby, I would have thought that maybe they're trying to say 'bottle' rather than water, but you know your baby better than we do!

    All babies use different words... I've never heard bu or bombom for water, I've heard "wawa" and just "dink" (drink). It just depends on the word their parents try to teach them.

    Its all in what you teach them. If the baby keeps saying bom until you give them water and not any time after or are completely content with the water then that could be it. My 2 month old son says something that sounds suspiciously like 'hungry'. When I ask him "hungry?" He smiles really really big, says hungry again until I feed him.
