There is an impended snow storm expecting 25 cm of snow, would roads be closed?

The main roads to the Niagara Canadian-US boarder, specifically. And would a van be able to drive in this weather?

    And that has been upped to 30 cm or more for that area. If you leave now you can get through . It should not hit until the evening.
