HOW TO UNINSTALL EBAY PROGRAM?!?

I recently purchased an HP mini and it has all of these weird programs installed. One of them happens to be a shortcut to the Ebay website. I tried uninstalling the damn thing via the Control Panel or using CCleaner and it did not work because the program is not listed there. What should I do? Thank you very much for your time.

    There`s no Ebay program installed, it`s just a shortcut to the site.

    Just right click and delete the shortcut.
