how to add or delete icons on yahoo toolbar 8.3 i have I.E7?

I have the latest version of the Yahoo Toolbar in Internet Explorer 8 but I do not think it would be different than the one in IE7. I think it just looks difference between IE and Firefox.

To add an App just click the gear icon on the far right, it will be dark gray or if you are signed into Yahoo, it will be green. Then click Edit your Apps. A browser window will open and then you will see instructions for Adding, removing, or rearranging your Apps. There is also a butt near the top of Add Apps. Click it. You will see the Yahoo Answers App to add to your toolbar plus others. When you are finished adding Apps just click the yellow I'm Done button on the lower left.
