Haha yeah I dunno man a TB is pretty huge. My computer came with 1 TB, I've had it for almost two years now and it has been under heavy use (Classwork, games, music, movies) and I still got like 650GB left.

Share ur net connection with the people you live with, stream a heap of HD content, test out a heap of new software packages, download stuff that mates need for them, buy games via online services (ie steam).
I guess you could consider hosting web services - say if you play online games - host a game server or something.
Or imo the easiest one and prob the best - rather than trying to download more - if you can get a more suitable plan and save some cash :) - I'd consider myself a fairly heavy net user and i struggle to clear 100gb/month unless I buy new games online a LOT. Put it this way - 1tb/month is like 33.3Gb/day in a 30 day month that's a damn lot of downloading.

There's frostwire, which is like limewire but better. However, when you do searches - you get irrelevant links. I recommend you use i-tunes, yes, it does cost money - but you can be sure it is a legal copy of music/movies. I-tunes also does renting movies now so you get to keep it on your computer for 48 hours before it expires. I've used it and I recommend it.

1TB per month is too much.Maybe you need to downgrade as it seems more than you actually need.
