How do I keep things in the friend-zone with my crush?
I kind of like this guy and I want to get to know him better. We're not very close, but we're good friends and I know he kind of likes me (at least platonically) too. Maybe something will happen in the future but for now I want to keep things strictly in the friend-zone because I don't think I'm ready for a relationship now or I can handle it. And yeah I'm afraid of putting my heart out there in case I'm rejected.
So how do I keep our interactions purely platonic at this point? Meaning that I myself get over the crush and that he doesn't suspect that I like him, while getting to know him better as a friend in the process?

If you're gonna hang out with him, make sure you've got a friend or two to keep the barrier apart. If you both are left alone together, chances are that something un-platonic could happen.

Don't act flirty, and do your best not to have "feelings" for him or interpret anything he says or does as flirting. Picture him as one of your guy friends, and when you're ready make a move. You do not have to lead him on now. If you do things that are strictly friendly then you're good. Good luck!
