Madelyn Savannah. No, it is not a good name to go with Maydson... What if they both want to use the nickname Maddie? Maybe use Isabella Madyson & Savannah Madelyn?

Personally I think Madelyn and Madyson are too similar
How about Madelyn and Roselyn (or Madeline and Rosaline) which could be shortened to Maddie and Rosie
Good luck with your twins!

Really? Mad/Mad twins. Alliterative and matchy, that's just unkind. If you must have a common letter you should have them sound *a bit* dfferent - they are individuals after all
What about Madelyn and Miranda
or Madelyn and Molly
or Madelyn and Meredith
pretty much *anything* but Madison

I think they are slightly too close together, maybe if you could think of another name beginning with 'M' that goes with it but is less alike.
Love the idea of a Madelyn Mackenzie
