What do you listen to that helps you focus on work?
I normally listen to rock music, but it does NOT help me get work done.
Usually I'd play something more relaxing like Middle Eastern Music such as Niyaz or some nature sounds.

You shouldn't be listening to music at all when you do work or study, because you will usually write or read but not actually take in what you are reading or writing, because you are too focused on listening to the music and waiting for your favourite part in the song to come up.
You should be in a quiet ideal space. You shouldn't be lying down, or any of those positions because it is proved that those positions can affect how you take in information negatively. You should be at a desk, or even the dining room table where you can sit up straight and focus on your work.
