I know it's over-asked and boring, but - am I pretty?! Truthful answers only please!?

Question

I know, I know, it's a really boring question - and everyone asks it - but I need to know the TRUTH. My friends always say I am pretty, but you know, I guess you'd be a horrible person if you said otherwise. 
I'm extremely image and self-concious. 
Please take a look if you can be bothered - I'd much appreciate your time. 
Please be honest, I want to know what your genuine first impression is.
