how does this exercise routine sound?
my new exercise routine is to do at least 30 min. cardio (running, jogging, etc.) and some yoga. (and i do warm up/cool down). im wondering if this would be okay for me because i want my workout to help me deal with stress/anxiety/depression/apathy/fatigue and to lose a couple inches off my waist and tone up and have more energy and have better posture. does this exercise routine (cardio & yoga) do those things?

Yoga certainly helps with stress/anxiety and posture. And cardio is great for losing fat and could cut your waist size. Sounds like a good plan to me. Don't forget to eat healthy.
