Not hard if you are the right person for the job. There is a lot of competition and most of the jobs are part time and casual so consider applying for retail traineeship with a bigger employer. if you present well, are friendly and customer focused, good with cash handling and can really sell not just take orders, then you should have a good chance in the right area.
