Awesome! If Tony works this out right, his physical training will increase his performances greatly, by leaps and bounds percentage wise. NASCAR is an endurance sport. The more physically in shape you are the better you will perform. But there is always a fine line in training of what works and what doesn't. Unfortunately peoples vanity can be their biggest obstacle in achieving the goals needed to accomplish what they are striving for. The fine line, is in the training and diet. There is an infinitely wide and changing scope of what will help the most. It looks like Tony has some positive direction, and that should be very exciting to all his fans. I guarantee we will see his efforts transpire onto the track with increased driving efficiency and aggressiveness. Tony is going to be in the mood, and he's going to be putting his car up front. I just hope he's ready to keep training during regular season, because that is the key to training for any sport activity your trying to better yourself in.

Absolutely. As a fellow Indiana native I gotta root for the home boys (as well as Gordon). I think it would be really cool to see him win as an owner/driver. As was stated before, losing the weight should help him in an endurance perspective as well as performance. Tony is really a cool guy outside of racing. But when its time to go racing, its business as always.

Let's see. First his name is not Jimmie Johnson so that alone would make Ot great to see him win the championship, and as of fan of JGR I have always like Tony. I also respect the fact that although he was JGR and had won championships there, he still took the gamble to go off on his own, and it would be fantastic to see it pay off for him. I'm glad to see that he is making an effort to be healthier. He lost weight for the right reasons and hopefully it translates to fast climBs up the fence after winning some races this year.

If it means keeping JJ from getting his 6th then I say yes.

If my driver Jeff Gordon can't win it, then sure, I'd like to see Tony win another one. But of course I'm rooting for Jeffy to win his 5th first.

I can think of others I would rather get it......but I will take Tony if he can keep JJ from a 6th one, now that would make me puke.

Yes I would he's not my favorite driver but anyone is better than Jimmie Johnson again. I don't even want to think about that.

Yes I would (if not Kyle). It looks like Jessica's nutritional advice is paying off. Her mom was telling me they are on this back to healthy foods kick.
