I went blind for a minute? PLEASE HELP ME T_T?

Question

this morning after i walked up the stairs my sides were hurting TREMENDOUSLY, i couldnt move, i really wanted to roll on the floor in pain but my mother was there (she's a REAL worry-wart). I started feeling dizzy and then i started seeing white spots so to avoid my mother, i stumbled down the stairs. By the time I got to the bottom, it was PITCH BLACK. i had to make sure my eyes were open, they were yet i couldnt see a thing! i got so scared, thinking i was blind... but like a minute later it reversed, i saw white spots that slowly cleared up. I've felt fine ever since but what was that?! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!

tell your mom and see a doctor please.sounds like maybe blood sugar levels are off...or maybe something else.so please please tell and see a doctor...........take care of your self......   :)

if you still hadn't had breakfast your sugar level could have gone down. or maybe you had too much sugar!

look don't worry much about it, if you suddenly stood up in a flash from sitting somewhere for a long time that happens

this has happened to my mother an she feel while she was showering & hit her forehead! she was in hospital for 2 weeks unconscious! you need to get help! & she told me that it happen once before but she didn't say anything because she didn't think it was ah big deal!
