I need an ending to a story?

I am taking a creative writing class, and I am writing a story about a woman who imagines that there are people coming to her house at night,  while she is asleep  or during the day while she is at work. She is convinced that the people she works with are plotting against her and they are the ones listening to her phone conversations and monitoring her computer use. She thinks that they have involved her neighbors in the plot. Now she thinks that they are coming to her mother's house too. I need an ending to the story.  My character is based on a real person who cannot be helped because every time someone suggests that something is wrong with her, she stops talking to that person. She only has one female friend who would like to help her but does not know how to go about it.

Wow. Great job. Add a little mystery to it like she tries to know what those people want from her and she solves it herself, without police or people. Then while those people are trying to kill her inside her house, add a little running and stuff lol. Then she protects herself by burning the house while they're still inside, and then that's when the police came. Good luck :)

Just as a doctor treats symptoms of an illness so should your story ending. The friend will end up taking care of things one at a time instead of trying to win the whole war against the conspiracy. Anyone thinking of conspiracy would be as hard to fix as a real conspiracy. There would be little difference on how to deal with it. 
If it is based on a true happening then it won't have happy heroic ending.It will just be a regular 
life-goes-on-as-such event.
A conspiracy is very hard to overcome.
