What the dangers of stress biting during oral sex?

I suffer from 'stress biting' which is an involuntary clamping down of the upper jaw on the lower lip and it is quite painful and i worry that if I have a bit of someone's pud(enda) in my mouth that I might involuntarily do a Hannibal Lecter on them - it seems less risky when the tongue is protruding but there is a definite possibility of catching a bit of lab when licking or sucking and i can tell you from experience that it bloody hurts.
