I live in the UK. The NHS gives me this sort of treatment so no need for employers to provide it although a lot do offer you the option of paying extra for private medical insurance.

My "employer" is my children right now. All of my "benefits" are from my husband's insurance policy. (He's a police officer.)
We have pretty good coverage. I haven't yet had a reason to complain.

Dental, medical, and optical. I assume any mental is in with my medical.

Blue Cross, but it's costly, no dental
2 weeks vacation, but no holiday or sick pay.
I can't afford to take a vacation.

I'm self-employed, so I get none of that from my employer.
On the other hand, I can take a day off whenever I want.
