When to start herbs outside?
I have some herb seeds (thyme, basil, cilantro, and parsley) that came in a small kit. But the weather's been kind of odd here--warm days and cold nights. I'd like to start the herbs outside, but when?

It depends on the geographic location that u live in planting outside is safe after the last chance of a killer frost.

Six weeks before last frost. So I would say now, unless u expect a freeze in April.
