id like to download games for pc and xbox360(if possible without cracked 360) then burn them to disc and play them, what discs do i need and is it as easy as dloading movies, what is involved to get free games.

Your going to need imgburn which burns anything. And some Dvd-rs or dvd-dls.
You will need a jtagged Xbox 360 if you want to get free games for it.

Well, I do know some games where you can download for free on PC. Not XBox, I use this website ALL the time if I need to download a specific program.
