I wanna buy some super white lights or blue lights for my 03 explorer I want to buy for the low the highs and fog but all of them to match but don't know which ones to buy and what number they would be someone help

Ask yourself this....don't you hate it when someone driving the opposite direction has their brights on or even their low lights are so bright it leaves your vision momentarily spotted? Now, you want to do the same to others? Leave the lights alone. You don't want that on your conscience that someone may have seriously wrecked out because their vision was spotty for just a moment due to your unnecessarily bright lights.
