honeymoon in Eureka Springs Arkansas?
My fiance and I decided to honeymoon in Eurkea Springs Arkansas, since we both love the town. I suggested Flordia but my fiance thinks its cliche lol
He doesn't want to stay at the Cresent Hotel, but we will be taking a tour there for sure( I am determinded on that point), so is there any places you can recommend that is reasonably cheap but still nice for a honeymoon?
Also what would you recommend doing there? I want at least one romantic night.

The Basin Park Hotel and The New Orleans are both nice and right in the middle of everything.
I know you can get a room with a hot tub at the New Orleans.
If you want to have a really nice dinner try Rogues Manor. It's very upscale. I'm pretty sure you need a reservation.

One place to look for places to stay is the Cities tourist website at http://www.eurekasprings.org./
For things to do, there are two music/comedy shows, the Passion Play, some really great shopping, the ghost tour you mentioned is also good, lake activities, Turpentine Creek, Blue Springs Heritage Center, lots of spas to choose from, horseback riding, caves, canoes, kayaks, hiking trails, Queen Anne Mansion, Quigleys Castle, Belle of the Ozarks boat tour and other things (you can check the website above for all the things there are to do). You can also request a visitors guide from the website.
For a romantic night there are some excellent restaurants for a quiet, romantic night. Rogues Manor, Autumn Breeze, Grand Taverne, Gaskins Cabins and Ermillios are favorites. And then take a carriage ride through town.
Enjoy your honeymoon, we think you'll love it.

Check out tripadvisor.com to get the reviews of the various hotels there. Been years since I was there, we stayed in a rented condo. Tripadvisor will have those listed too that are available.
An alternative might be Hot Springs, personally I liked it a bit more than Eureka and is a lot bigger so more things to do.
