For some reason, your Windows authorization keycode has been flagged as being used too many times. Either

1) you have a pirated copy of Windows and have been caught by Microsoft (in which case buy a legitimate copy or quit complaining about updates)

-or-

2) your legitimate authorization keycode has been used to activate too many copies of Windows and has been flagged as pirated. Calling Microsoft's activation number will sometimes resolve this issue. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326851

Buying "discounted" Windows from the internet is almost certain to be a pirated copy.

you have a priated copy of Windows installed, that is your problem and the solution is to buy a genuine Windows disc.
