The heart does not know math, therefore he if he is attracted to her for the way she treats him and she is good to him and vise versa then maybe you should be accepting to it. To cause turmoil in your life over his love for an older woman would be very harmful to the both of you. Just don't look at her age look at her as someone that really cares and loves your son.
And on that she is your Ex! Maybe she saw something in him that you lacked (sorry)
