Image menu > Adjustments > Shadow/Highlight -------------------> I know this one but I cant find it =(

Select the layer then Choose Image menu > Adjustments > Shadow/Highlight.

What do you mean you can't find it. Have you got your layer selected.
You might also want to try Levels.
