Call of Duty: Black Ops boosters?
Do they still use the MW2 strategy of using tactical insertions and just killing each other? If they do what locations can I find them in the map?

Boosting has been almost completely eliminated from Black Ops simply because tac inserts cannot be used in Free For All, which was the easiest game mode to do it in. In team based games if you suspect either you or the enemy team is boosting, one of your teammates needs to be in on the plan. All you have to do is push start to bring up a map of the entire map, and look to see if either one of your friendly green arrows keeps appearing and disappearing in the same spot, or if he is towards the edge of the map continuously shooting at something. Then just make your way over there and ruin their little boosting party. After the game you can then report the players by going to their player cards and selecting "Report Player" and then "Cheating" or something to that effect. Treyarch will then review the game in theater mode and ban them if the claim is valid.

They use the same strategy, but it is much more difficult because tactical insertions are banned in all free for all game types.

Don't worry about them.. after the game just report them by:
Step one: Cick on player card.
Step 2: Report player
step 3: For boosting.
