Well I don't have exactly straight answers and I'm only going by what I know myself as an iPhone user.
/ The speed of mobile internet is dependent on the service provider of your data, not necessarily your smartphone
/ I can speak from experience and the iPhone is very user friendly and easy to lean how to use. Another advantage to getting an iPhone is that there is information from a variety of sources on the internet EVERYWHERE about the device so if you're sometimes stuck, if you can't get help from an Apple store, you can always find the answer online. You won't find the same wealth of information and help for other smartphones due to the popularity of the iPhone
/ It's subjective meaning it depends on you. Do you like to type using a touchscreen or physically touch the keys? IPhone is touch screen entirely but you have the ability to rotate the keyboard whereas with Blackberry you just physically use a QWERTY keyboard to type
/ I don't know. My iPhone is pretty LOUD. I don't need it to be any louder or I may suffer ear drum damage
/ The iPhone gets firmware updates all the time. However, if you want to jailbreak it like many of us iPhone users do, then it's not a good idea to update the software on the iPhone once you have jailbreaked it once already. Jailbreak means to hack the iPhone so you can download apps that are otherwise 'paid to download' for free. And yes it's LEGAL to jailbreak, and this is a feature that in my opinion, makes the iPhone stand out as the best amongst smartphones.
/ I'm not sure but I think the iPhone supports more than one language. You may need to consult Google your friendly search engine
/ NO, iPhone apps that are developed for purchase from the iTunes store can ONLY be obtained on an iPhone.
/ Wi-fi is a wireless connection that your iPhone can connect to. Wi-fi is used commonly at home where someone who has their own wireless broadband internet can access it from their iPhone. It's not simple to explain. Ask WIKIPEDIA
/ Bluetooth is used for transferring files between two phones. I don't know much of how it works. Ask Google or Wikipedia, again.
