knot-like sores on neck and behind ears?
my boyfriend gets knots behind his ear lobes and neck, they sometimes have puss and sometimes are just hard and go down after a few days and more appear. it feels like a bouncy ball (the kind you get out of the 25cent machine) under his skin and they hurt him really bad. any ideas of what it could be?

Calcium deposits can form in the body and do that as well. I have had some checked out before and that's what it was. Do they run fever just in that one area feeling really hot to the touch ? How long does it last when he gets one? is it on the same area every time? If so,Go to the dr. and discuss it. May take a tiny biopsy and have it sent to lab. Good luck
