hi i am suffering to from paranoia and my primary care physician has sent me to a physciatrist. He has prescribed me some medication to help with the paranoia and they have been working great! So your best bet is to go to a physciatrist. You will get through it :)

A psychologist, or shrink, he/she will consider the following, whether you need medication, therapy or to follow up your consultation with a psychiatrist.
