candies, flowers or other?

We don't really do valentines day but I'll probably leave a nice card and some sort of treat in his truck to find before work.

What I've planned for my boyfriend so far:

I order a couple of different pieces of nice lingerie from MyLunaKiss (so he has a choice)

I bought a 'Love Token to my Valentine' chocolate bar from Atelier d'Isabelle

as well as some organic raw chocolate truffles from ShoptobeGreen

I will most likely hand make a card and am considering making a special play list for the night.

My husband was orphaned as a 7-year-old child on Valentine's Day, so he hates the day. Since it's difficult to completely ignore the occasion, I will give him a loving kiss and a "friendship" card that says "31 days 'til St. Patrick's day (his favorite holiday) and 5 more weeks 'til spring!"

Id say flowers out of those two but I like more nontraditional gifts when it comes to V-day! I like to see a little originality!

I was going to take my bf to Monster Jam but he didnt seem particularly excited about it for some reason so Im back at square one now.

a little of each all i have so far is a new xbox game for my son but i will finish my shopping tomorrow

we have been together so long we really don't buy gifts.we know we love each other without having to say it.
